Hendeca ltd is an independent consultancy,  providing due diligence, planning support and project advocacy to help achieve your development plans.
Hendeca means eleven, and was chosen as this business name to reflect the diversity of experience offered, projects commissioned and resources that are available.

Kirsten Berry is the Director.  A professional planner for over 20 years, I have worked throughout the life cycle of projects enabling development and investment.  I have experience of a wide range of sectors, but retained a focus on  the waste, power, infrastructure and minerals sectors advising on planning, policy, permitting and strategy matters for clients large and small, public and private, and UK based and beyond.  Commissions include due diligence and bid preparation.  My approach is to develop a project that is deliverable once consented.

My career started at Cherwell District Council, as a planning officer dealing with a wide range of planning applications and listed building consent proposals.  A year at the Environment Agency provided an excellent grounding for my next post as Planning and Enforcement Officer at Oxfordshire County Council.  Subsequently, I joined Environmental Resources Management Ltd, a leading global sustainability consultancy, where I became a Partner leading the UK Power Sector team.  I left in 2015 to establish hendeca ltd.

I work on my own and with an ever growing network of associates, extending the availability and range of resource available to meet clients’ needs.
